Terms and Conditions

The Tenant will use the Happy Confetti room only for the use provided for in the FIRST paragraph of the Lease Agreement, with the capacity of people established by the Puerto Rico Fire Department.

Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the Happy Confetti facilities. In addition, it is prohibited to use obscene or offensive language inside the room and in the parking areas.

It is prohibited to use spray paint or fluorescent material, smoke generators, water or liquid substances that may damage the floor and/or the platform. This is the responsibility of the tenant.

The Tenant will be financially responsible for damage to the structure (furniture and real estate), for damage to the wall decorations caused by vandalism or negligence of the guests or subcontracted personnel during the time contracted to carry out the activity. In addition, the lessee will be responsible for the costs of repair, restitution, and reconstruction of equipment or objects owned by the LANDLORD that are part of the facilities of Happy Confetti and/or the Ponce Lions Club, which have been damaged during the time contracted to carry out the activity.

The Lessee will be responsible for the safety of the activity being carried out.

THE LANDLORD is NOT responsible for food, drinks and/or kitchen equipment left at Happy Confetti.

THE LANDLORD will not be responsible for losses and/or damages caused in the parking area.

The arrangement and/or decoration at Happy Confetti will be done only on the day of the activity and one hour before in agreement with THE LANDLORD.

The use of staples, nails, tacks, sticking single or double adhesive tape on walls, wooden surfaces, doors or nylon thread cords on the acoustic ceiling or on the rods that support it is not permitted. All decorations and/or ornaments must be self-sustaining.

All Fire Department regulations for fire prevention will apply.

The use of open flame candles or candelabras is not permitted.

All activities must conclude at the stipulated time with the requirements established in the contract as applicable.

The Lessee (a) after having finished the activity, must remove all personal belongings, decorations, rented equipment, catering equipment, music equipment and others that have been used in the activity, on the same day and/or by agreement. THE LESSOR is not responsible for personal property, borrowed and/or rented before, during or after the activity. After said term, THE LESSOR may dispose of it in the manner it deems appropriate, without this entailing any compensation of any kind to the lessee, its guests or subcontractors.

THE LANDLORD will NOT be liable if the activity cannot be carried out for the following reasons: fire, power outage, negligence of guests and persons involved in the activity. In cases where there is any situation of force majeure or nature that prevents, in whole or in part, the activity from being carried out, THE LANDLORD will retain the fee paid and will credit it to the tenant on a future occasion when he needs to use the facilities; or it will be reimbursed by agreement between the parties.

THE LANDLORD is not responsible for damage caused to sound, audio, audio-visual equipment, electrical and electronic devices due to voltage fluctuations.

Pets of any kind are NOT allowed inside or outside the Happy Confetti room.

If the RENTER rents the use of inflatables, it will be his responsibility to confirm that the supplier of the same has liability insurance. THE LANDLORD is NOT responsible for accidents caused by inflatables or other equipment rented from external suppliers.

Happy Confetti has and makes use of security cameras, so THE TENANT acknowledges and accepts that all activities carried out at Happy Confetti will be recorded and monitored.

THE LANDLORD reserves the right of admission to grant this contract, if it understands that renting it to the RENTAL PARTY would cause harm to Happy Confetti.

The Tenant agrees to the schedule established in the contract and no amendment will be made to this effect.

In case of cancellation, THE LANDLORD, Happy Confetti, will not refund the deposit to the TENANT.
